A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. Ao entrarmos no quarto, estava SUJO, com cabelos o chão. A toalha é dura, horrível. A cama é horrível e o quarto abafado. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto do casal como menciona no site. "The front desk people were very pleasant and cheerful. We found our room very dark, even with the curtains opened. We just looked onto walls or the parking garage. Perhaps it was just our room on the bottom floor. But the hotel was not busy at all. They could have given us a room upstairs that might not have been cave-like. When we arrived, the bathroom was not very clean. Lots of hair and bits of things on the floor and in the shower. We did enjoy the breakfast been brought to our room."
