Great central location, easy and safe to walk around. Near great restaurants, night life, museums and parks. Rooms and hotel were kept very clean, beds were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Pool and area kept clean and was very refreshing on a hot day.

The location is great, very walkable to lots of restaurants and is right next to a very nice little park. They also held on to my luggage for me when i arrived early in the morning. Definitely recommend.

Most bang for your buck!

The staff was excellent! Super helpful and very patient with us (we do not speak Spanish very well - thankfully, they do!). And you can't beat the location! Right in the heart of the city center. Everything you could want to see or do is minutes away. And all the best restaurants are close. Highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, staff had an excellent customer service, Elizabeth oriented us very nicely. Matias helped us with the AC at the room and took action immediately. We arrived at Christmas Eve and everything closed in the afternoon and on Christmas Day almost everything was closed. Breakfast was good . But I recommend this hotel.

Nice lobby. The room neglected, old, uncomfortable bed. The front desk girl was heavy, but the night boy was very friendly with all the guests, always seeing how to help.

We found some details in the room, the refrigerator was empty, plug far from the desk and had no extension so I had to move the desk, there was no floor towel, some loose items in the bathroom, indicators of lack of maintenance of some elements. The hotel looks remodeled, new elements, good cleanliness and facilities. Good location and people very friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel but needs to update it's rooms.

Great hotel! The staff is very helpful and friendly too. The room needs urgent update: No smart TV, the soap dish and toilet paper holder kept falling on the floor, the soap was horrible and the towels very old and sometimes stained and ripped. Other then that my experience was good.

The housekeeping and front desk service was absolutely terrible! Rooms were cleaned daily but they failed to provide toilet paper annd despite asking several times with the housekeeping staff and front desk to bring some it never arrived, they also did not provide more soap or shampoo, again despite asking for more. Overall an ok hotel (being kind). The room was nice and it has a nice although small pool area.

Rooms are not clean

We arrived to our room and noticed first thing there was blood on the sheets. We went to the reception and they switched our rooms. No apology or anything. The next room smelled like sewage the entire stay and we had to keep the fan open throughout our stay to be able to breath in there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The rest of the hotel amenities were fine. We would not recommend.
