However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"The property is generally good, and provides what you need. The lobby restaurant was never open after 3pm regardless of what was posted. The air conditioning in the room could not cool the room but we could open multiple windows at night to help cool the room. They only had one pillow each, so could use another pillow. The room was a good size for two people but only had one chair, so it could use another chair. It is quite close to central Zürich and Selnau station (350 m away and one stop to...

"Please make a note this hotel is in France and situated in an isolated location, there is no public transportation available. If you have plans for Basel, Switzerland, it's better to stay in Basel as you get a free travel card and a half-fare card for visiting any attractions. Otherwise, you might end up paying 80Euros for to and fro journey from the hotel to the basel station alone. The hotel says they provide shuttle service from the airport but you need to check the availability. The rooms...

"Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. "
