"Our list night before early morning flight, everything went smooth and precise including the early shuttle service. Room had all we needed in good shape. The only comment is towards the noise from the floor, which is quite disturbing as guests coming/leaving basically whole night (well, consideration of these guests towards others is another question...). Overall reviews and expectations fulfilled."

"We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. We thought the staff was friendly, Carlos at the front desk helped us with many arrangments. The wait staff in the restaurant gave us excellent service."

Cabin 7 is kinda funky with huge bathtub, requiring a lot of water to fill, and a fireplace that adds ambiance. Kitchen sink with small refrigerator, but no glasses or kitchen towel. Despite the fact that our plane was delayed multiple times and we ended up coming in at a VERY unhappy hour, they gave us a shuttle from the airport, which is quite close, and also provided a breakfast in advance of our early departure.
