"Beautiful, met there 10 years ago and spent our first moments together. Returning with our 7 year old daughter was really nostalgic. Cambridge is amazing and this hotel is right on the waterway with swans and "punting"."

"Very reasonable price for nice ensuite rooms, very close to Cambridge city centre. They are all self check in so can be a bit difficult to find some rooms in the dark. We had a double room when I had requested a twin but I couldn’t get through on the number given for assistance. But I’m ok with the lack of staff if they continue to offer the rooms at such a reasonable price. Nice surroundings with very well marked out footpaths for walks. I would stay here again. "

"A fabulous hotel in beautiful grounds with views of Ely cathedral from about 2 miles away. I think I failed to notice when booking that the restaurant was closed on Monday evenings. They offer excellent cold charcuterie plates instead, but we had been looking forward to dining in the restaurant. "
