"The property is well out dated. Needs some fixing up. They still us the key system. Do didn’t stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. This place is more for people that need a place to stay long term. "

Need a separate key to enter and return to main home for any after hours bathroom or snack runs. Would like to have known that before I booked this place with an elderly parent and young child. Paid for three bedrooms, could only use two. Overall nice, safe, well stocked place. "

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....

"the kitchen floor was stucky i had to wash the mop and mop, the back porch had an ashtray that someone else used the kitchen had spiderwebs as well as the back porch.. the house was really nice .. they just need a better cleaning crew.. i liked they had a big yard."
