"We made arrangements for the hotel to pick up at at airport, Upon arrival, no one was there... we called multiple times, no answer. Finally a Man the airport was able to reach someone who walked over to the hotel and told them we were waiting. 45 minutes later someone finally arrived. "This is the place to go to enjoy the warm waters's of the Caribbean and learn how to sail, windsurf, snorkel, paddle board, or just enjoy swimming. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You just need to ask and they are willing to adjust to your needs. "The hotel is beautiful and our beach villa was awesome. You wake up with a view of the ocean and sitting on the deck and looking out at the waves and hearing them crash on the beach was so relaxing. The food was great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend a screen over the bathroom window because people walking by can see you when you're getting ready in the bathroom. Also, my wife likes to sleep in a little and there are no curtains or anything in the bedroom that can block out the morning sunlight, just screens that go up and down, but they don't really filter much light. And our toilet room next to the bathroom continuously smelled like urine, which was odd. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to unwind and relax. The beach villas are perfect for this."
