"We enjoyed two nights at this grande dame which is looking a little tired. Excellent service throughout but its faded glamour does not live up to its reputation. We took an informative tour of the hotel but the hallway of fame is very underwhelming. Only a handful of famous guests are actually photographed at the hotel itself and no dates are given for when they stayed.
