"Situated 5 minutes from the old Town. Nice owners. The room was nice and there was a large common terrace that we all could use, incl the owner. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare your beakfast and bring to the terrace. They also do laundry."

"My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the owner spoke very little English, leading to many misunderstandings. The worst part which led to a bad feeling: I asked him if he could arrange a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure.(Mind you, I was using Google Translate) He said it would be 15 Euros for the whole trip. After cab brought me to airport, I realized this was a lie. This was NOT a communication error. Owner scammed me out of 15 Euros"

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Banja Luka or surrounding area. Rooms are really clean and nicely done. "The hotel was really far away from everything but I think the most frustrating thing was that the 24hr front desk isn't actually 24 hours. It's only staffed during certain hours and if your bus or train is late and you don't have a way to contact them you're pretty much screwed with fining anybody around. I wouldn't stay there again. I spent so much on taxis that I may as well have stayed at a higher priced hotel closer in to everything. There's not even a restaurant withing 20 minutes...
