"I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean. "

"This is my first time with condotel and was not fully satisfied with our stay. It says it has a sofa bed, which came out that’s it’s only a couch. We need to buy our bath soap, shampoo and bottled water."

"Spacious, separate kitchen with complete utensils and comfortable living area with a smart TV . The service staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, you can order from the menu and buffet food selections are great too. The hotel is close to the malls were it's safe to reach by foot."

"The owner whose name escapes me now, sorry, was an excellent communicator and answered all our questions and accommodated us. She even came to meet us in her very busy day. Her apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is well located near stores, food and cafes. "I like the unit I rented because of the space layout which includes balcony and a separate bedroom with bath, giving you more space. The property is just across the street of Okada Hotel. Unfortunately, I could not give a 5 star because the internet connection was unstable during my stay and it is important for me to be able to catch important calls coming from my work abroad specially at night. "We were expecting to be staying on those rooms as advertised, 3i or 3j because it is the same floor where my brother’s unit is, however we were instead instructed to stay in another room in another building. The unit is not bad, it is just we felt that we paid for the use of the unit AS ADVERTISED, only to find out when we arrived here that wasn’t what we were expecting for."

"Ok this hotel is rated 5 star for a reason. I highly recommend it for its quality, the walkable shopping and dining areas, the staff who are amazing, the interior and cleanliness. I have upgraded to the club lounge access and I absolutely love its perks. The spa and gym and pool are amazing. I am currently here right now and am booked a total of 9 glorious days. So many things to do and the restaurants here are great. If you’re craving a midnight snack or meal they have a great room service option for that too. Whether you are here for business, family or solo self care time I guarantee you will enjoy your stay."

"Always enjoyed a stay at the Shangri-La in Makati. Good for staycations with inclusive amenities but on-property shopping is currently under development. However, Greenbelt and Glorietta shopping complexes are close by, but are some distance away and require full exit from the property to access additional shopping and dining options. "
