"First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding. I’m always greeted with the many doormen and security upon arrival and returning. The staff are always welcoming at the roof deck for my daily breakfast. "Decent place to stay if you're in Makati. Walking distance to most places in Poblacion. This property seems like a hotel/condo. Some of the residents there were super loud from the afternoon til 8 in the morning. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The aircon is cool, the wifi is reliable. It's affordable. That's about it"
