"Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!! There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

"The place was wonderful. The staff (only one person) was very helpful to recommend many things to do including bus and marchuteny route numbers. Very close to the center of town - located inside an apartment building (shank) that local people live in - real homey and genuine. Wonderful fresh cut flowers in the room and live rooms on the window sill. Will stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit dated, but the nicest option close to Amberd Fort. Since I was planning on sunrise at the fort it was worth the stay, otherwise you can probably find better in Yerevan."

"This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. "I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. Which certainly was an improvement, but barely 3 stars let alone 4. I was...
