"If you're visiting Pagosa Springs, this is the place to be! This charming, family-owned establishment offers a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the shower – sparkling clean and a delight to use! During our stay, we enjoyed strolling around the area as everything is within walking distance. It truly added to the charm of our visit. A special mention goes to the owner’s father, whom I had the pleasure of meeting. He was wonderfully kind and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful place to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs!"

"We travelled with our 2 pet Bulldogs. The property was amazing with top of the line furnishings and beautiful and spacious grounds with about 8 horses in the field and a lake with mountains in the background in plain view from the deck of our unit. The breakfast was terrific with lots to choose from. Couldn't have asked for a nicer owner and staff. We stayed in the "Annex" which consisted of two smaller ground floor rooms and a larger one upstairs. The huge and very comfortable living room was shared by all. Kitchen completely furnished. Good wifi, Dish TV and Streaming channels. Also tv in bedroom. We stayed in the "Mustang" room. While there we saw several forms of wildlife."

"The front desk associate- I believe her name is Nala, was very welcoming and kind. She was working late and helped us get checked in. Our room was comfy and clean. I loved waking up to the lake view on the balcony. The hotel was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. When I had an issue with my credit card & a fraud alert, the manager was so patient & knew how to resolve issue. I would return on our next visit. "

"The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!"
