I really enjoyed the self check in and the amenities in the room and the property. Specially the kitchen area, it was nice to have appliances to use. Decor is beautiful and made for a comfortable stay!

This accommodation was both good and bad. Unfortunately the bad things were really bad so I took off 2 stars. I was going to take off one more, but the roon was mostly good. The beds and couch were really firm memory foam. For some people that would be fabulous, but I am personally not a fan. The room is renovated. The decor is nice, the kitchen well appointed. If you are there with a family, bathroom access would be a challenge, but it was just my husband and I, so it was ok. There was ALOT of road noise. I had to turn on both room fans to try to drown it out. A sound machine, or a sound app may be helpful. The internet was not fabulous. That was a challenge as we had some work to do. There is no desk and the coffee table (while nice) does not fit into the sectional couch area well so working on a laptop was really uncomfortable. The room was mostly clean. There were some marks on some walls that could have used a wipe. Now the awful, I went to take a shower in the morning and the towel I pulled out had black marks on it. Upon furner inspection, it had an unknown yellowish stinky substance on it as well. I pulled out another towel, it had black marks on it as well, same with the 3rd one. The 4th towel appeared clean, so that is what I used. Maybe there was a problem with the washing machine that caused the blacck mark, but that certainly doesn't explain the other substance. One younger cleaning lady that we saw in the morning was really friendly.

Beautiful location. I would recommend staying there but the owners need to complete the renovation properly. The vinyl flank flooring had a couple of 1/2 inch to 1 inch gaps between the planks that could be an issue for some people. Otherwise, the finishes were beautiful and everything was clean and I loved the citrus body wash.

Please be aware check in not until 4 pm and it is online check in only. So if you arrive before 4 you are out of luck. There is no one on site so when you have a problem- like WiFi for tv not working you are texting and to be honest after looking at the number of people attempting to use their own private passwords in attempt to get playoff game we weren’t the only one. Room was clean.

This was a cute little cabin (one bedroom cabin). This is a must stay if you are ever in the Pagosa Springs area. I was expecting one big room with a bathroom but it actually had a separate bedroom. It had everything you need except food if you wanted to cook there and your clothes and toothbrush. The only thing that could improve would be the bed and it wasn’t terrible. It was just that we rolled to the center at night. The day we left I was checking under bed to make sure we got everything and noticed the middle support looked like it was broke or just needed the little support legs put back in place. Also worth noting is the spotty wifi which you should know because they let you know before check in. The other item to note is the water pressure. It starts out low but comes on after you get going in the shower. These items are not deal breakers and after all this is a cabin in the mountains. The view around is beautiful.

This is a very nice upscale Hotel, a couple miles from Downtown Pagosa Springs. The room was very large, actually two rooms, one with two queen size beds, and the other a sitting area and nicely stocked kitchen. The room was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable. They have two outdoor hot tubs. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is under renovation but it is beautiful and well kept. I like that it is a few minutes out of town, away from the crowds of Pagosa Springs.
