Water went everywhere and we used too many towels to suck up the water from the floor. i've never seen a shower with not curtain or glass barrier before."

"What a delightful hotel, with lots of Spanish character in a stunning location on the top of a hill surrounded by a river & old fortified walls. The staff were great and friendly, we took half board as it was a Sunday when we arrived. The dinner was of high quality & quantity as was the breakfast the following morning. "IT served a purpose, and that was to get my head down after a long road trip from Dieppe (France)). Bed was comfortable and the condition of the room was good. HOWEVER the reason I have given this rating was because after a long and sometimes stressful road trip I like to have a refreshing shower. This never materlised, as the water was STONE COLD. It never warmed up after 5 minutes of running the shower. I travelled in mid November. O, I forgot the man at the jump when I asked if he Hablar...
