"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "

"The hotel Laguna is a pleasant hotel with helpful staff. It’s clean, it’s quiet and our room, a junior suit was fine, albeit overlooking the road/car park (room 107) but not everyone can have a view. We decided on half board, breakfast and evening meal, however, there is the option of lunch instead of the evening meal. We found the breakfast was reasonable, various choices of continental or cooked food, however the bacon was usually cold! A good selection of fruit and cereal was on offer and so...
