"Hotel was in perfect location, literally a 5 min walk directly to the mosque. Outside the mosque is the famous little global village huts. Hotel room was clean and very spacious and so was the bathroom, staff were super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stay in Madinah "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dar Al Iman in Madinah. "Our favorite part was the morning breakfast, lots of delicious food. The restaurant manager Mahmoud Al Massriy did an AMAZING job, I applaud him, very honest and respectful to my self and wife. He made our experience in the hotel 5 star !!! Hotel has a vintage vibe in the rooms. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and respectful, with smooth check-in. "

"It was bad experience to stay in this hotel. The management was non cooperative and stubborn. I made reservations for two nights two months ago but the hotel system booked only for one night. I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone. "
