"So much transportation going in and out of the property. The staff were excellent and friendly. There was only 1 pool that appears to be clean. The room was decent. My room was upgraded as VIP but I felt like I was put in the corner because it was a bit far from the main lobby, getting breakfast in the morning was a bit task travelling with the kids. "My stay was great all around! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff even sang to me and gave me cake. Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. All of them - the groundskeeper, the spa staff, front desk, breakfast staff, beach security, lifeguard, housekeeping, the guide and drivers of the shuttle, etc, a big thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
