"Wash cloths would be nice and an up charge for things like jelly at breakfast was a little ridiculous. It is a lovely property though and the staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. An English menu would be an extra nice touch "

"This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend....

"The hotel staff said that they do not work with Expedia, therefore they did not accept my reservation and I had to leave the place and look for another hotel in the evening. Really it was a bad experience. However, they said that it was responsability of Expedia for offering services in their name without permission."

"Hotel muy acogedor, con clima familiar y mucha calidez. Las habitaciones son rústicas pero tienen lo necesario. Excelente wifi y tv. Ofrece baño con agua caliente , jabón y champú (todo lo que no es común encontrar en hoteles de la zona) , pequeña piscina para refrescarse, buena cama y tranquilidad. Es seguro además, y la familia que lo maneja es muy atenta y servicial. Volvería."
