"This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. "Great place just a couple of issues but would stay there again 100%. Nobody to greet us on arrival but got key once contact made via phone (after finding number). Wrong room given (double instead of twin). Rectified and had a great stay. Great location - short enjoyable walk from beachfront. Shower temp seemed to be switch either on or off - if you care about that. Helpful staff and trustworthy owner. "

"Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. Of course, they said that they cannot refund us the money, but they were quick to charge us the entire day upon check-in. Stay away from this place. "
