It was fairly clean overall, but we pulled one pan out that needed scrubbed. There was nothing to scrub with. The sink was tiny, the hood.over the stove did not work at all, the stove barely worked. The shower curtain in the bathroom didn't reach to the floor and water got all over the floor (it was a handicap room) the blinds were broken, the breakfast was minimal and luke warm, the light rail went right by our room and made it hard to stay asleep.

I took my first solo trip to Colorado and stayed at this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable and the staff was very nice. And the drive to downtown Denver was about 25-30 minutes which I didn’t mind at all.

The staff here need customer service training as they were not friendly. My guess is that they’re understaffed. I requested house cleaning three times but it was not done. I reminded them again the next day and they said that they would put a note as a reminder. When we came back the room was still not cleaned, the towels were dirty, and the garbage not picked up. The front desk staff told me that it was a miscommunication although they were given several reminders. We had no clean towels. She told me to just come and pick up the towels from the front desk. When I asked for an extra coffee pack for our room, the immediate response was no. How can they replenish the rooms but not find one extra packet? The elevator is extremely slow, and the hallway smells of smoke. We were staying on the 4th floor. The views were not great. However, we paid extra for a view, but all we see is traffic. On a positive note, breakfast was very good with fresh and delicious items, and there was plenty to choose from.

Bed Bugs and unhygienic. Bathroom door wont close. We call threw away all the pillow covers and blankets when we saw black litter like stuff on them. When requested for change, hotel said they were SOLD out which cannot be the case as parking lot was empty even at 9pm.
