The property was amazing. The grounds are stunning and it is designed lovely with the seperate areas. I felt the rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

It’s a large resort hotel with a number of swimming pools and a great clean beach. The big problem is the almost constant smell of feces/extrement from a nearby garbage dump. When the wind and heat get up it blows over the resort. It’s a shame. The hotel should work with the local community office and sort it out. Given how much is invested in the hotel you would think this would be an absolute priority. I certainly wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.

We were so excited to stay at Puri Santrian our entire trip as this is the most expensive hotel we booked. We don't feel like it's a 4 star hotel. The check in time was delayed for 40 minutes, and our bedding sheet was full of sand and debris. We had to get them to change it again. The toilet is hardly working, the handle was loose. There were literally very few staff by the pool side. Unlike other hotels we stayed at, they'd pro actively bring you a towel, water and menu. We had to find a staff member and ask for things, then no one would come to us to take orders... So we left Then I walked to them and asked to take the order, still no one showed up. The breakfast was pretty mid as well. The up sides are they have amazing pools and staffs are friendly. The beach is quiet and highly recommended *Edited We were woken up by the staff ringing our door bell around 8:45, asking us when we were going to check out. We were so confused. Our check out time is 12pm, there's no reason to ring our bell early asking us this question.

The choice of pools was amazing. quiet beautiful location, comfy bed. We were in th Satrian club with its 2 pools, very relaxing. downfall. I didnt request a ground floor. and had to walk up and down over 35 steps evertime we left our accommodation. a porter offerred to change our room but i was too tired at the time and especially when we had to wait till after 3pm to get in when our other friens had regular ground floor rooms and were in after 1.30 and we had to sit and wait till 3pm

The hotels gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in a prenier room which was huge and well furnished. The pool was for premier guests only and was gorgeous as well as adult only and tranquil. The hotel restaurants were very good and good value for money . The beach bar is a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal or a drink. The Asian restaurant is gorgeous. The building is beautiful and the food excellent. Finally all members of staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling

Grounds are gorgeous but interior decoration a little tired. The decorative bedding smelt fusty and could use a dry clean. One room also had bit of a fusty smell overall and lines came under taps needs property descaled. Shower hot water takes a while to run hot. Staff couldn’t been more helpful and pleasant! Can walk Ali g beach to numerous restaurants.

An excellent resort hotel. What I loved the most here was the Balinese style of the place. The beautiful gardens, the excellent pool areas and building architecture place you very firmly in a Bali experience. Set right on the beach with a long walking promenade all along the beach leading to other restaurants, bars etc. Close by just outside the front gate there are many more places to eat and drink too. Food at the hotel is also very good. Service and friendliness of the staff was very good. Rooms are dark but well appointed and large. I've stayed in number of places along this busy coast and this is my pick - the one I'd come back to.
