"The hotel seemed old and the room was small and musty. The buffet breakfast was just OK. Though there were quite a few choices, but none of it tasted very good. Next time, I would try to find a different hotel in the area."

"Great for short term business visits. The rooms are pretty small but I think it is common in Japan."

"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."
