"Have had afternoon tea before but this is the first time we have stayed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. Staff were polite at check-in and check-out. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had - salmon was a nice touch with cold meats and a hot breakfast also offered. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return. Cable car is close by and a quirky converted bus serving pizzas."

"This is not a hotel, i'ts a student dorm at best. The rooms are the size of a closet, the beds are not for tall people. The property is on the train tracks and therefore noisy at all times. There was mold in the shower and absolutely no room to open a suitcase. If the description of the so called hotel was accurate we would have stayed somewhere else. "
