Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
It was 2nd terrible experience with expedia and 1st terrible experience with Treebo Hotels as the location of the property on the expedia app lead us to the Treebo Royal Comfort instead of Treebo Royal Palace. I was travelling with my partner and the circumstances forced us to struggle finding the correct address at 04AM. It felt very unsafe and very inconvenient. It was very complicated and hard to connect with the help centre or direct hotel’s staff. Also, staff at Treebo Royal Palace was not professional. I appreciate the lady staff (I’m sorry as I’ve forgotten her name), who help us with the medical assistance. Never recommend Expedia and Treebo hotels anymore.
