"This hotel indicates it is inside the Airport precinct and it is not. The map on the site is a fraud. The hotel is located about 2 klm's from the entrance from the airport entrance. The address given is nothing,means nothing to taxi drivers, we had to call into the tourist information office to find it. Internet does not work, beds are poor, air conditioner unusable"

"The staff appear to have a policy of booking you into their main hotel , the one at Anand Lok, then moving you out to one of their two sister hotels, when and whenever the fancy takes them. This happened to me TWICE IN ONE TRIP - when you come back in the evening and they tell you they no longer have a room and it is night time, you have no choice but to move.
