"The customer service was excellent. The hotel was very clean, close to dinning and shopping. The food was good at the restaurant on site. The only issue was we were out of hand soap in our room for 2 days. We thought housekeeping would check but didn't. I told the front desk and they sent someone up to handle the issue, they didn't install it, just left it in the sink, so I installed it myself. "

"I had a delightful weekend stay at the Novotel Deira. The staff were all vry kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a great value and a great way to start the day. I enjoyed early morning walks in the park adjacent to the hotel and evening stops in Vertigo, the lobby bar. Thank you to Jun, Maureen and all of the wonderful staff. "
