"Amazing staff and the property itself is very nice. Lots of shopping and eateries around the property. Only issue is that it’s in a very busy part of the city and access is not very convenient and it was quite noisy out on the streets which you could hear all night in the room"

"The staff are all polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. An enclosed shower with hot water appreciated. This was an affordable option in Dubai and since the metro was a 4-5 min walk you could easily get anywhere you wanted in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located in an excellent location, you notice recently a decline in the level due to the lack of maintenance and renewal, which led to a decline in the level of hygiene I recommend performing a general maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms, and reconsidering the buffet in terms of the meals provided"

"I and two of my fellow travelers booked this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 24:00 and because the room was not ready, we waited until 01:00. Because we were tired, we fell asleep early, but at 06:00 in the morning we woke up with the sound of a car horn on the street. We found out that the room has no window. We spent a very difficult day in this hotel."

"Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. "
