"Check in was super easy and the hotel has automated alerts to keep you informed. Parking spots match your room number so super easy. We were 207 which the door faces the middle of then chalets. View is great on both sides but the front is the street. Minimal noise if any with the windows closed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Hot tub has a small heated change room but can get quite wet. Lots of spa towels in the bin when we went there, which is what most hotels struggle...

"We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is beautiful and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, furniture was clean and new. Beds, linens and pillows were superb. Bathrooms were spotless and stocked. We will be back. Hoping to make this our new Canmore rental. Only surprise was that the hot tub was not open yet. Looking forward to using it on our next stay. "

"There is nothing around the area. Bring your own food, blankets (they rent them) anything you can think of using for being comfortable. I loved it. This place is designed to live like in the woods with a bit of comfort, but you make the comfort. Amazing place by the river, with excellent Northern Lights view, full moon view and amazing mountains around. Totally recommend for anyone looking to experience camping with comfort. Great location!

"Great location! It was so conveniently located that we walked everywhere in banff. We took a shuttle to the ski resorts right outside the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, as well as food at the bar. We didn’t try the Italian restaurant but the others were really good! We would definitely stay there again! "
