"A family oriented hotel. We are a family of five and appreciate the space to have a kitchen and living area. This hotel is affordable. A bit outdated, but if that makes it affordable I don't mind. Unfortunately the regular pool is closed since COVID and never reopened (the pool is not really advertised so that is fair), and during this stay the maintenance of the waterpark got extended which resulted in being closed as well. "The one bedroom apartment was exactly what we wanted for our mid-week getaway. We enjoyed a few hikes in the area and it was nice to come back to a comfortable home base. The only really disappointing thing about our stay was that the hot tub was broken and although we were told they were working on fixing it- it didn’t look like anyone was working on it. "We really loved Spring Creek Vacations, the apartment we had was absolutely stunning and very well equipped, the only negatives is the ongoing building work which creates so much dust making it impossible to sit on the balcony. "Reserved 2 sites under same name. And were given 2 sites that were as far apart as they could be totally unacceptable"

"The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The furniture was very old and tattered. There were tears in the chairs, the couch was SO worn, and the beds creaked/rattled loudly every time someone shifted at all. The place is definitely overdue for an update! The pool is tiny and the "deck" out of our room was too. Overall it was fine. Pretty spacious, close to many things. Nothing special but adequate."

"Practical and quaint. Loved the local toiletries in the room. Cozy Christmas decorations and warm lodge fireplace offered a warming atmosphere. Staff were very accommodating when we were traveling with our two kiddos and dog. However, staying on the main level would have been a little more ideal when travelling with pets. Hot tub area was a nice touch but was really crowded and the clorine was REALLY strong. Overall it was a nice stay!"

"We had an excellent stay and were very nicely surprised with a room upgrade and gift for our anniversary. The staff were amazing and it made our stay in Banff that much more excellent! The hotel is in the best location to be close to downtown, and is very clean and quiet. Also has great lobby bar and restaurant. Will always try to stay here when travelling to Banff. Thank you to the staff for the great surprises!"

"Enjoyed hiking in the beautiful mountains and dining options in Banff were fabulous. There are lots of variety and good gluten-free options. The spa was very relaxing. The hot tub was not an option as the amount of chemical in it made my ears burn as soon as we opened the door so.we did not use it at all"

"We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff."
