"I loved this place, it was amazing, honestly! There was some damages to the walls when i got there and some patch work that needed painting. But i was so looking forward to a warm bath. And then i find the drains been broken. Other than that it was bad. Maybe a rug under the bed."

"This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. We like to e-bike and the hotel is a half kilometer from two bike trails that parallel highways 19 and 19A. We biked the N&L Trail, Nanaimo Parkway Trail and a few connector trails, about 45 km. There are plenty of places to eat within a lm of the hotel. The staff even provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. It was so nice and convenient we stayed 3 nights. It’s also close to the ferry terminal for the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. "

"Spacious and clean, air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool on a very hot day. Dog treats at the front desk, refreshing fruit infused water , loved the access of the room from the parking lot which worked great for my dog. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Nanaimo! "
