"Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the pool was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka . "

"Besides it is hard to find the reception, everything is great. Service is excellent. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like there is a jacuzzi inside the room. I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "

"This place was pretty nice. I used one of big rooms with many beds. It was bit cold and had to pay for the parking, but the parking lot was right behind of the hotel. There is a very good donkatsu restaurant next to the hotel. "

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) When we arrived at the station,...
