"Excellent. The outside of the building shows its age but they have been updating the inside of the rooms. We will be back. Access to the beach, ocean, main road and grocery store right across the street. Don’t be scared off by the outside appearance. IT IS A GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This is now my new favorite beachfront property in Daytona ! The beds were so clean and comfortable, the staff was so sweet and attentive the whole time. Not joking but even the pool and hot tub were beautifully maintained and the furniture was comfortable outside I even took a nap! Wish the stairs were back to the beach, had to walk about a mile to get down to the sand and I am not a fan of the valet- many things were forgotten because they were in the car & it’s not that accessible. But 10/10...
