"The Room was clean. They upgraded me to a king size bed rm 121. Mattress slept good. It was very quiet at night. Could not hear the interstate or people in rooms on either side. Cant stress at how quiet it was. Very close to several restaurants only mins from Disney attractions. 11 mins to old town shopping and amusement park. Same with Margherita Ville. Would i stay there again. Absolutely. Not all reviews are true at how bad this place is. Only thing i wished was room service checked...

"I would definitely recommend villas at regal palms because it was clean, cozy, well equipped and conveniently located to lots of shopping, things to do and eat. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be smart bigger tvs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great"

"Units are in desperate need of updating. Mirrors, faucets, dishes, sofas, tvs. Worn and in bad shape. Tv in living area only 24”- way too small for a family. Booked king bed but had queen. Kitchen not fully stocked with cookware/ spatulas. Needs some TLC. 2 units - daughters unit had similar issues and had unacceptable cookware and dishwasher which were replaced. That unit needs some help also. "

"Had a great week. Only complaint was lack of garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Having a couple extra of each would have been nice as it was expensive to buy extras that we didn’t use most of. "

"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."
