"Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call."

"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "Your staff is excellent. I want to recognize some of your exemplary employees. Nikita and Lili at the front desk were superb. I travel around the world and Bapu is one of the best drivers that I have ever had, he was simply outstanding. Panday and Prashant at the front door were excellent. Suresh, the housekeeper was very good. And the wait staff and manager at the outdoor dining area on the rooftop were all very good. Thank you, your hotel made Pune my favorite city in India."

"Decent place. Interiors are very outdated. The room walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor watching TV loudly late at night. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They were able to resolve the issue. Good stay for a decent price."

"The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City."

"I think there's mold and the air smelled like moist mildew in my room. I woke up with respiratory issues and had to leave but the hotel management was very unhelpful in getting me checked out and giving a refund since it was booked through a 3rd party."
