"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"

"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent . "

"The Pride is my regular hotel in Pune. I’m practically a regular and it’s a second home to me. Room service, laundry, air conditioning, two restaurants on site, pool, spa - all make it worth it. I prefer to have family visit me there than to drive around Pune when jet lagged. It’s also centrally located especially if you want to see the Old City."

"Decent place. Interiors are very outdated. The room walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor watching TV loudly late at night. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They were able to resolve the issue. Good stay for a decent price."
