"I was just looking for a room near Merck in Darmstadt and what I found was an incredible spot with a fantastic tresaurant and a friendly and energetic staff. My room was what I needed. Top Floor, a window that opened, heat as needed, etc. I will stay here again! Love this place!"

"Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key. Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. "For an airport hotel the Sheraton is quite luxurious. Because I am a Bonvoy Gold Elite member they upgraded my room to the top floor, asked if I preferred a room near the elevator or not, and a room with a nice view. The bed was firm, yet comfortable and I loved the sheets and bedding. They had a Nespresso machine with coffe pods as well and I received a free dessert or drink. I would stay just to have a staycation there. "
