"We arrived and had to call the guy to come and help us with the check in. You have to check in a block away and we had to go through to gates to the parking where we were charged 25 euros cash and no receipt was given. The guy also complained of my cousin taking up to parking stalls and 'parked like his ex-wife'. When we got to the actual apartment there wasn't a washer and dryer in it. "We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent.
