"The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return."

"It's a modern facility. I actually expected a microwave since there was a kitchen but the place is well organized, very comfy and I sure will visit again!"

"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). She gave us a room with a view of the city and Canton Tower. My mum loved the view and sat by the window day and night. Thank you so much. The beds and air con were comfortable. Cleaning was efficient and well done. Staff at the entrance were always smiley and helpful. No lack of eateries around the hotel. A michelin star rated dim sum restaurant just diagonally opp the hotel. Also no lack of small local eateries. "

"I guess undoubtedly excellent memories, ticked all the boxes . Specially reception staff was fantastic ,they went out of the way to help. Very rarely i experienced. I lost my luggage in taxi but they managed to trace very easily.rooms were cleaned properly, everything was perfect "
