"It's right on PCH, loud and not on the beach side forcing you to cross the road and train tracks to go to the beach. The rooms are beautifully appointed but not much storage space available. The only restaurant and parking lot access is great. The room rates are very good and reasonably priced, I will definitely come back but just be aware the experience is limited and similar to a great very fancy Motel on steroids:)"

"Our stay was great. We wanted an affordable place for our family of four for a week with a view of the ocean and an easy drive to Disneyland for a couple of the days. This place fit the bill perfectly! The pool was heated and we had it mostly to ourselves every day. It was great to watch the sun set over the ocean from the hot tub! We visited the games room on one of the rainy days and played some pool, shuffleboard, and foosball, and the kids had fun. We also borrowed bikes one of the days from the activity room, and really enjoyed our ride along the oceanfront across the street. There were a couple areas being renovated, but we didn't hear any noise from the work (the "outdatedness" seemed to be something many others mentioned in their reviews... they're actively upgrading a few areas). One of the other complaints we read beforehand was that there would be pressure to sign up to buy a vacation timeshare, but other than a quick mention of there being a presentation IF we were interested (which we weren't), it was never mentioned again during our eight-night stay. Overall, the grounds were well-kept, our room was comfortable, and the little kitchen was well-appointed with everything we were looking for during our stay (we ate breakfast and lunch at the room most days). People who like to complain could surely find something to complain about anywhere, but we personally had no issues with anything at all during our stay! "
