Overall, a good hotel with beach within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness needs improvement. The shower had somebodies body hair left behind. The bed looked like somebody slept in it, but they did change the sheets after a request.

I was requesting for room service and all day waiting 4 times Rec. All asking for the housekeeping. Nobody show up. Other point. They charge us $42 per day just for parking and they never talk about that that's legal robbery. $84 for parking. Also I have a Handicap sign.

Enjoyed the stay, wasn't beachfront like thought but that's ok. TV is NOT a smart TV, so bring a roku or firestick. Rooftop bar was nice, but the blue lights are really bright, and I feel like they should not allow children in that area after a certain time to accommodate guests who are out there to relax. Everything was clean the water pressure was good and hot water lasted a long time. Avoid the restaurant though if you aren't a status member, the food is way over priced for the quality. Parking is $40 per night so be prepared for that... and the incidentals hold is $75 per night, but supposedly it gets refunded... but not very quickly after checkout.

The property is great it has been updated since Hilton took it over. The staff especially the valet was very helpful. The property is on a one way street and you have to do U-turn to get to it. But seems to make it a little safer. The rooms were clean and the shower was one of the best designs I have seen so far. It is designed so you can adjust the water before you get in to the shower or get touched by the water great idea.

Terrible service. The staff regodee to honor my Gold Status with Hilton, the two ladies at the front desk were rude not only with me but with everyone, openly stating several times that the hotel is not owned by Hilton. A terrible experience. The room was average, but once again the following morning I needed towels, they never arrived; when I called again after 20 minutes a new gentleman at the front desk simply said to come down and get them, so I had to get dressed to go get my own towels. Would not stay here if they paid me.

We came down to avoid the L.A. fires and needed a pet-friendly hotel for our dog. Everyone was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for making an extremely stressful time that much more tolerable.

Room had something in it that we were allergic too.then we saw a lot of guests with dogs. Did pushups on the floor and smelled of urine. Could barley spend the night in it.
