A warning to anyone who stays here - there is a very noisy and disruptive nightclub right below the 49th floor. We were unable to sleep until 1AM because there was loud music literally shaking the entire apartment and it was impossible to sleep or ignore. The hotel should make it very clear that this is going to be happening and which days because if I’d known I would have stayed somewhere else. Also there is no front lobby, you have to take two elevators just to get upstairs and put a code in twice, and on top of that they never came in to change our towels or sheets or anything. There isn’t even a market or somewhere to buy water when you run out so we were so thirsty by the end of the trip. I am disappointed and definitely won’t be staying here again - look elsewhere if you want a proper hotel experience.

This was our first time staying at Mint House and we were very happy with the stay. We came from the Houston area to attend a concert in Deep Ellum. The location in downtown was very convenient and accommodated us walking around to local restaurants and pubs. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was divine! The location was conveniently located in an area that allowed for walking to dining and shopping (Neiman Marcus) and the view of Dallas was marvelous. It was clean, neat, modern, and spacious. The staff was available via phone or text as well, even after hours. They were kind, courteous, and responsive. Now that I know about this awesome place, I won't stay any other place in Dallas!

Based on the reviews, I expected to have a pretty nice stay at this hotel and it was beyond what I hoped for. I booked this trip for my husband’s birthday and he loved it here just as much as I did. We have stayed in many hotels and air bnbs throughout the years and this was truly the first time I can say I feel this was a “home away from home”. Cleanliness is important to me and this place seemed to be very clean. We also received a complimentary upgrade which was a cherry on top for us. We went to the cowboys game, visited with family and after a long day, it felt nice to come “home” and lay down in a surprisingly soft bed. This place is a 10/10 in my book and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Dallas. Also, the location was convenient and loved the view.

We could not be happier with our stay. I had never heard of Mint until this visit but would choose it over your average hotel any day! The rooms were spacious, clean, large bathroom, and a view that was to die for.

This is unique set up, not a stand alone hotel but rather the two top floors of residential tower! Great place, great views, nice Tower Club and staff is very accommodating! Would definitely return and recommend!
