On Friday 07Feb25 I arrived at 12.45 pm. When I asked the front office whether you have a microwave in reception as I wanted to have my lunch before check-in, the front office/reception staff, a girl named "Amber" (I hope I spelled it correctly), was super polite and welcomed me and gave a room much before check-in time 3 pm so I can have lunch in the room. Also, the room was elegant and clean. The housekeeper arranged the mattresses and towels systematically and creatively and did a great job. Also, notably, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious. I will certainly stay at this property when I visit Dallas next time.

Provided a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Decent breakfast. Shower lacked anyplace to put toiletries Our door key kept not working. They attempted to fix but it continued to happen.

Easy to get to centrally located. The amities were good with the exception personal care products in the room ( no shampoo, and there were two of us in the room and one bar of soap) Otherwise it was a good stay.

They would not honor reservation and made us pay again a higher rate for our 6hr stay. Myisha the manager is complete trash on understanding guest service or how to run a front desk.

I was charged 85 dollars and I do not know why and did not get a receipt for my stay I paid with my credit card for everything and did not charge anything to my room ? I will be following up with my credit card company to find out why? Other then that it was a very nice stay the staff and housekeeping was wonderful !!

We had to cut short our stay due to unavoidable circumstances. Expedia was willing to provide a refund for the nights we couldn't stay at the hotel, but the hotel management made excuses to avoid the refund. The could've told us clearly that they wouldn't accomodate refunds, but they tried to pass the blame onto Expeida instead, wasting everyones time in the process.
