"就是登記時費了點功夫,到了酒店他們說沒收到我的訂單,等了有點久,還好最後找到資料了,一進房間就好驚喜,一開門就直望到陽台看到洱海,陽光和視野都好舒服,樓下還有好多停車場位置隨便停,去的時候是年30,晚上在酒店附近吃完飯,8點多就開始有好幾個地方都在放煙火,回到酒店陽台看到對面都在放煙火太美了,白硬晚上看都美,白天睡在床上看洱海,還以為自己身在一個養老的天堂"

To our mind the room we were first shown did not match our expectations: it had a lake peep not view. This may be down to an inadequate website description; but instead of offering us an immediate upgrade we had to argue our point with the receptionist."
