"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.
