"Forth did not disappoint at all! When you come in, the lobby is cozy and welcoming! There is a wood burning fireplace that is very charming. The rooms were beautiful. Great space and amenities. All of the food we had was delicious! Both bars were also great for cocktails! I would definitely stay here again! "

"I loved our room! It smelled like cut wood, but there was a really strong smell of cloying air freshener in the halls, and there was a slight sewage smell in the lobby. The staff was incredible - kind, funny, and very helpful! The area around the hotel was fine during the day, but a little dicey at night."

"The Darwin is a wonderful art filled space, it’s very unique and the staff was wonderful, they were very helpful and kind. the surrounding area seemed a little on the sketchy side, with what seemed to be some abandoned buildings, some run down fast food places, & some possible homelessness but really only on one side of the hotel, on the other it was very gentrified with a trader joe’s, nice breakfast restaurants, and other shops, i guess just be weary if you’re walking!"

"I was initially a little skeptical about the property based on the some of the other residents/guests hanging around the building smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. But when we walked into the apartment, all that went away. The place is roomy and very comfortable. There was only 2 of us, but would easily accommodate a family. "Celebrated my birthday weekend here and it was amazing. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating. Hotel was downtown so in walking distance of some of the places we wanted to visit while in Atlanta. Didn’t quite care for the restaurants inside as they had restrictions such as having to order from a certain menu to dine in, but otherwise no complaints. "
