The staff was welcoming and warm. The property was very nice. However the floor I was on (8th) was under construction. I paid for the breakfast buffet for each day however I would recommend skipping it and going outside the hotel. It’s cold and bland. My room had multiple roaches in it. I found them on 2 different nights. At checkout the front desk supervisor offered 1 night refund however because I booked through Expedia I had to have them connect with the hotel to get the credit. As you can imagine that didn’t work out and Expedia refused to honor the 1 night refund.

The overnight staff was very helpful due to my situation of someone breaking into my vehicle before I returned to the hotel. They made me feel as if I wasn't alone and assisted with helping wrap the broken window. They removed the valet charge as well.

The young lady that checked us in was PHENOMENAL! I am sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was a tall thin AA women! There were several issues going on at the front desk, but still she managed to be courteous, proffresional and patient with all the guest! Kudos to her! There was only one server at breakfast, she also kept her cool and was very nice to all the guest even though they weren’t always nice to her! We had a pleasant stay!

The manager charged us 250 fo parking we already paid for and was very rude did not want to help us in any kind of way. The pros are the location was convenient to area attractions, the room was clean and the entrance and lobby area of the hotel is attractive. The cons are theTV service was outdated, they left no bed linens for the pullout bed, the shower water barely got lukewarm, cleaning staff missed adequately replenishing towels, replacing soap and wastebasket liners and there was no information available or shared on accessing ice machines, area restaurants and entertainment or anything else that may be helpful to guest/tourist.
