I had an issue with smelling cigarette smoke in my room, and when I talked to the front desk, the staff immediately got up and went upstairs, saying she’d check where it was coming from and that she would turn on the air purifier so I would have no issues when I returned. "Room is rather small for 4; not much extra space for luggage. Door is about 2-3 feet to the bed. Staffs were overall friendly and nice, but there is no hand soap in the bathroom. We were told to use the baby wash to wash our hands; which by the way is secured inside the shower stall and can’t be moved. The WiFi is super slow and can’t be used for work at all. This hotel is more suit for people traveling with friends and not for families with children."
