This is the second I stayed in this hotel. There is no change here. Staff is friendly n helpful. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. The room is big n clean. The location is so good which is near the beach with many restaurants around. Bobby is excellent providing us with prestige services. Definitely, we will come again😊many thanks to Bobby n his team.

From the minute you set foot in to the hotel to the time you leave you are made to feel welcome you are made to feel like you are the most important thing for them at all times. If it's raining they have umbrellas or rain ponchos they are more than willing to provide you with the ability to call a grab Taxi which is sometimes cheaper for locals than it is for foreigners. Having people get up from sitting down when you walk up to them when you're just about to walk past them to honor your presence and say hi to you and wish you a good day or say hi to you when you get back asking you if there's anything you can do is service which greatly Lacks in North America unfortunately. There they respect the customer they want to do anything they can to please you and North America the majority of places do not give that quality of service. I did not try the restaurant there but I did stop on that floor a few times going to my room looks like everybody was enjoying it it looked very nice. The view from my room looked out onto the area had a slight view of the beach when I opened my small balcony window door. It is very clean Hotel it's a it's an eco-friendly Hotel has the lights automatically turn off if nobody's on that floor and will turn back on by a sensor so they do save a lot of energy. I would highly recommend this place if you are going to denang it is one block from the beach go and enjoy you will thoroughly enjoy it

I have so many great things to say about this wonderful place, starting with the amazing, friendly, and professional hotel staff, especially the front desk team. Just wow! A very special mention goes to the lovely Ms. Bao Thoa (Helen), who truly exudes customer service skills and professionalism. She goes out of her way to meet and exceed your every requirement and expectation. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation at all to anyone visiting beautiful and vibrant Da Nang!

It was a very relax & comfortable 5 day stay. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is amazing. room is spacious and clean. The location is very convenient walkable to beach, restaurants & shopping. Even at night is safe and very quiet.

The compliment breakfast buffet were my favorite, and staff were very friendly and promptly services . The area around has some construction and ruad was narrow around the hotel. The hotel is just a block from the beach area. This hotel offer a good value for a short stay.
