"The Resort is very nice, rooms are large. Breakfast has a very large selection. But the location is 15 minutes drive to the city. The hotel staff push there only transport services but at a very high price. You are better to book a car by the app Grab. This service is the best and most cost effective. Great resort for families to enjoy. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time! First I would like to mention Tram who is the Guest Relations Manager. I’ve never met someone so perfect for her job title. She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The entire staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful. The pool area is stunning with lots of great seating choices that give a different view and feel. The food and drinks are reasonably priced which made spending a day poolside with a few drinks and lunch much more enjoyable. We were able to get a massages here as well and really enjoyed them. The spa is well decorated and relaxing. If you can, open the drapes for a stunning view of the beach!! Breakfast area was large and bright. The Pho broth was really nice every morning to help sooth my cough. Made to order egg station with plenty of options in the buffet lines helped keep each mornings breakfast unique. The gym was the best we’ve found in the few hotels we have stayed in so far. They have convertible machines plus free weights that allow a full body workout. 10/10 - all day everyday. Highly recommended!!! "

"Our guest relations representative Uyen really set the bar high for this hotel. We were promptly greeted from the airport and shuttled directly to the hotel. Water and cold towels were provided during our shuttle ride to the hotel to help cool down from the Vietnam heat. Our bags were taken care of from the airport all the way to our room. We literally did not have to lift a finger. Uyen had put together a very detailed guide to all the amenities and services that the hotel has to offer and was very patient with any and all questions that we had. The Peninsula hotel was immaculately well kept; cleanliness, hospitality, and quality service were definitely on top of their list. The hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet served every morning starting from 6 AM, with a rotating selection. Also an afternoon lunch buffet was offered from 2PM to 5PM in the royale lounge and should be enjoyed at every possible opportunity, the Vietnamese coffee on the menu has to be the best coffee I’ve ever had. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, and the staff will kindly escort you across the street if you aren’t familiar with crossing the street in Vietnam. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view overlooking the beach and a good spot to watch the sunrise and set. You will find yourself feeling very at home here and may even consider extending your stay. 4 days was not enough for my first stay at the Peninsula, I will be finding my way back here as soon as I can. "

"I did my research beforehand and decided on Le Sands as i can be a bit picky. It did not disappoint. We loved that it is very modern and clean. As well the staff are all amazing and friendly. Yes the location isn't in the action, but honestly it really didnt matter as grab rides are quick and super affordable. The breakfast was good as well. I was even impressed with the resteraunt and food to room delivery. My son ordered the beef pho to room for only 99,000 dng and he enjoyed it better than other pho he tried in town. I highly recommend Le Sands."
