"Our stay at this hotel was excellent, staff had an excellent customer service, Elizabeth oriented us very nicely. Matias helped us with the AC at the room and took action immediately. We arrived at Christmas Eve and everything closed in the afternoon and on Christmas Day almost everything was closed. Breakfast was good . But I recommend this hotel."
